The resume evaluation uses OpenAI's API, which is governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or outputs of third-party services.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the resume evaluations for hiring or employment decisions. The feedback is automated and intended for informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeResumeGrade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service.
